Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Administer GitHub and other DevOps tools, including installation, integration, upgrades, maintenance, and reliability improvements.
- Build and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms with GitHub Actions.
- Provide centralized access, monitoring, governance, policies, and compliance controls for enterprise DevOps tools.
- Design complex GitHub Actions workflows, including job orchestration, matrix builds, and reusable workflows.
- Deploy, scale, tune, and troubleshoot self-hosted Linux, Windows, and macOS runners.
- Administer GitHub Enterprise Server, including configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and resource planning.
- Manage security and secrets through Okta integration, encrypted secrets, action pinning, and software supply-chain controls.
- Configure storage and infrastructure using S3, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Develop custom JavaScript, Docker, and composite actions for organization-wide standardization.
- Improve performance, reliability, cost efficiency, incident response, predictive analytics, and operational automation using AI-powered tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale DevOps tools supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise architecting GitHub Actions workflows, including complex pipelines, job orchestration, matrix builds, and reusable workflows.
- Experience managing self-hosted runners across Linux, Windows, and macOS.
- Experience administering GitHub Enterprise Server, including installation, configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and resource planning.
- Experience with Okta integration, encrypted secrets, action pinning to commit SHAs, and supply-chain security.
- Experience with enterprise DevOps governance, access controls, organizational policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience configuring S3, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience developing custom JavaScript, Docker, and composite actions.
- Experience with workflow debugging, log analysis, runner health checks, connectivity troubleshooting, and backup and recovery.
- Practical experience using AI-driven DevOps tools for automation, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency is desirable.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field is desirable.
