Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead programmatic generation of adversarial training data for autonomous testing of product infrastructure.
- Direct the technical vision for complex, large-scale threat modeling.
- Architect output sanitization ecosystems and web controls to neutralize novel agentic-driven exploits.
- Establish a technical mandate emphasizing reproducible, durable security platforms over one-off mitigations.
- Define cross-organizational security standards and serve as a key leadership ally for the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with security assessments, security design reviews, or threat modeling.
- 10 years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols.
- 10 years of coding experience in one or more general-purpose languages.
- 10 years of experience leading teams in a technical capacity or leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment.
- Preferred qualifications include deep knowledge of AI tooling ecosystems and LLM vulnerabilities, independent identification and remediation of critical security gaps, and the ability to connect AI research with resilient defense platforms.
Benefits
- US base pay of $262000-$364000, plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
