Base Salary
$70k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide global control systems engineering support for transport refrigeration and auxiliary power units.
- Coordinate internal and external electronics and software design efforts to capture requirements, document designs and specifications, identify milestones, and meet project schedules.
- Partner with product management, project management, and platform teams to ensure product performance meets requirements.
- Lead cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support product lifecycle projects, feasibility studies, ideation events, and refrigeration technology development.
- Maintain and develop product development tools for development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Support integration of FMEA and Design for Service and Testability practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of systems engineering experience.
- Experience with Phase Gate and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience designing and supporting controller solutions.
- Hands-on experience with the embedded controller development lifecycle is a plus, including requirements, design, implementation, integration testing, deployment, and postproduction support.

- Annual base salary range is $70,400.00–$128,379.99.
- Work onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to choose the work location on Fridays based on work requirements.
