Responsibilities
- Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Design, maintain, and enhance automated test suites and quality assurance frameworks.
- Validate application changes and releases against business, technical, regulatory, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, analyze, and resolve defects.
- Participate in refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release activities.
- Perform root cause analysis of production incidents and help implement preventive measures.
- Maintain test documentation, evidence, and quality controls for audit and compliance requirements.
- Act as a quality assurance subject matter expert for the Bill Pay domain.
Requirements
- Experience in software quality assurance, testing, and quality engineering.
- Knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile delivery practices and DevOps principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with payment, banking, financial services, or transaction-processing systems is advantageous.
