Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop secure, documented public APIs and SDKs for internal teams and external partners.
- Own feature delivery from design through production, including code quality, performance, and reliability.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions across data pipelines, orchestration layers, and service APIs.
- Implement security controls, identity management, and privacy-by-design practices across AI services.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and help improve team code quality.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of software engineering experience across the full stack, with strong cloud-native backend development expertise; .NET and C# experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with containerized deployments in Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, versioning, testing, and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of API security, including OAuth2, OIDC, and RBAC, plus data privacy best practices.
- Proficiency with modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Experience solving complex technical challenges and delivering scalable solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams across distributed global R&D locations.
- Ability to mentor colleagues and elevate code quality.
