Responsibilities

Own the cloud security posture management program and improve cloud security configurations.
Uplift detection policies on CSPM to enhance detection capabilities.
Manage an integrated vulnerability management dashboard for visibility on technical debt.
Evolve security stack to support a multi-cloud strategy in a containerized environment.
Customize hardening standards based on technology stack evolution.
Engineer and promote Infra as Code and Policy as Code for continuous risk monitoring.
Perform risk assessments of cloud architecture and recommend controls.
Design frameworks to secure CI/CD pipelines.
Implement container security on GKE, EKS, or AKS.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define security configurations and improve remediation practices.
Provide expertise in developing security solutions for applications and networks.
Work with cloud vendors to address security gaps.
Monitor and manage cloud performance metrics.
Deliver training and security awareness activities to engineering teams.

4-6 years of experience in the cloud security domain.
Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS/GCP security best practices.
Strong knowledge of virtualization, Docker, and container orchestration.
Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of network concepts and web-related protocols.
Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform.
Knowledge of cloud-native authentication mechanisms.
Experience reviewing cloud architecture and security best practices.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Superior communication skills for effective interaction at multiple organizational levels.
Keen attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly.
Curiosity to learn and adopt emerging technologies.
Knowledge of Security Operations Centre/Incident Management is a plus.
Holds relevant cloud and Kubernetes certifications.
A degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
