Responsibilities

Lead architecture and development teams delivering impactful end-to-end solutions for complex client challenges.
Shape and launch new service propositions while driving strategic business growth.
Lead business development initiatives, including pre-sales, proposal development, client engagement, and trusted relationship management.
Advise FTSE 100 clients and senior stakeholders on complex challenges and translate technical insight into business value.
Define and communicate architectural strategies across application, business, and integration domains.
Coach team members, share knowledge, and create opportunities for their development.
Build and expand senior stakeholder relationships that support long-term client partnerships.

Proven experience leading architecture and development teams and delivering complex end-to-end solutions.
Strong understanding of the defence sector, with experience in banking, insurance, payments, or wealth management.
Experience shaping and communicating architectural strategies across multiple domains.
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and connect technical insight to business value.
Track record of contributing to business development, pre-sales, proposal development, and client engagement.
Familiarity with architecture frameworks and modelling tools such as UML and ArchiMate.
Awareness of emerging trends and technologies.
Established senior stakeholder network within a specialist sector and ability to nurture and expand client relationships.
