Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform solutions.
- Automate build, validation, packaging, deployment, release, solution promotion, and environment operations across multiple environments.
- Manage Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ALM, including solution export/import, versioning, dependency validation, patches, upgrades, and managed or unmanaged solutions.
- Configure Azure DevOps repositories, branching strategies, YAML pipelines, service connections, approvals, deployment gates, and governance controls.
- Use Power Platform Build Tools, Power Platform CLI, PowerShell, and automation scripts to standardize deployments.
- Support automated quality checks, solution checker activities, static analysis, configuration validation, smoke testing, and release readiness reviews.
- Coordinate release planning, deployment windows, rollback procedures, production cutovers, and post-deployment validation.
- Maintain environment strategy, tenant governance, security access, Dataverse configuration alignment, monitoring, logging, telemetry, and release reporting.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures, integration release issues, pipeline errors, and environment synchronization problems.
- Prepare runbooks, deployment guides, release notes, environment inventories, automation scripts, and operational handover documentation.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or Customer Engagement, Power Platform, DevOps, release management, or automation engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, branching models, pull requests, build and release pipelines, approvals, and deployment governance.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solution lifecycle management, Dataverse environments, dependencies, patches, and upgrades.
- Experience with Power Platform Build Tools, Power Platform CLI, PowerShell scripting, YAML pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, environment variables, connection references, security roles, and application lifecycle management.
- Ability to support teams working with plugins, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, Web API integrations, custom connectors, and reusable components.
- Experience coordinating releases across development, test, UAT, pre-production, and production environments.
- Familiarity with automated testing, smoke testing, solution checker, quality gates, security reviews, and deployment validation.
- Working knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Services, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Azure Administrator, or Azure Developer are preferred.
- Experience with DevSecOps, automated testing frameworks, release governance, compliance-driven delivery, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, infrastructure-as-code, or environment provisioning automation is advantageous.
- Regional enterprise-client experience in Egypt, the Middle East, or delivery centers, Arabic capability, and knowledge of regional data protection and cybersecurity expectations are desirable.
