Responsibilities
- Champion and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to production.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software early.
- Design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients’ problems.
- Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure best practices are followed.
- Continue to code alongside Developers, maintaining technical involvement.
- Utilize and champion DevSecOps tools and practices for software deployment.
- Encourage feedback and foster an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in two or more programming languages, including Python and React.
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous methodologies.
- Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, and infrastructure automation.
- Extensive experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- A passion for continuous learning and improvement in technology.
