Responsibilities
- Build product features and platform components across the stack based on skills and interest.
- Own scoped projects from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver reliable experiences.
- Instrument and improve performance, reliability, and observability; write tests and documentation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in software development using languages like TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Rust, Java, or C/C++.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with Git and basic debugging skills.
- Ability to make informed trade-offs with business context and a team-first mindset.
- Curiosity about DeFi and crypto, with no prior experience required.
