Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of frameworks supporting transparent, fair, and accountable AI systems.
- Design and deploy responsible AI solutions aligned with ethical principles and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to identify ethical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, advisory support, and solutions applicable across teams and business areas.
- Guide team decisions, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
- Monitor AI deployments and support continuous improvement in AI governance and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.
- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions with ethical and compliance considerations.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, risk management, and artificial intelligence regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making in complex environments.
- Experience developing frameworks and tools that promote transparency, fairness, and accountability in AI systems.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
