Responsibilities
- Design and own technical enablement curricula, certification tracks, workshops, sandbox environments, and reference assets for Hex’s SI and consulting partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain a partner-facing demo library that enables partner teams to run Hex demonstrations independently.
- Run technical onboarding, joint solutioning sessions, and architecture reviews for new partners.
- Deliver recurring live and recorded trainings, workshops, and office hours.
- Support top partners on complex or strategic deals through proof-of-value support, architecture design, and technical objection handling.
- Create solution briefs, implementation guides, best-practice documentation, and demo scripts.
- Channel technical feedback from partner engagements to Product and Engineering.
- Track partner enablement health and its relationship to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture, ideally enabling channel, SI, or consulting partners.
- Hands-on fluency with SQL and Python and the ability to build and demonstrate end-to-end analytics workflows in a notebook-style environment.
- Experience designing training curricula or enablement programs from scratch.
- Strong live presentation and demo skills with comfort regularly presenting to partner teams.
- Working knowledge of the modern data stack, including Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and Fivetran.
- Understanding of how SI partners scope and staff analytics engagements.
- Experience earning trust with partner practice leads, solution architects, and delivery teams at consulting or SI firms.
- High ownership and willingness to build a new partner enablement infrastructure.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% for partner enablement sessions, workshops, and field events.
