Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Android projects using established best practices and guidelines within cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement clean, platform-appropriate user interfaces.
- Take responsibility for engineering team deliverables in a cross-functional feature-focused team.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to features and tasks.
- Contribute to technical architecture and design discussions.
- Own substantial pieces of work from planning through execution and delivery.
- Maintain and contribute to extensive UI and unit testing practices.
- Contribute to the wider Android community through blog posts, open-source projects, or talks.
Requirements
- Mid-level Android development experience.
- Strong proficiency with Kotlin.
- Knowledge of reactive programming techniques.
- Ability to contribute to technical architecture and design discussions.
- Commitment to unit and UI testing.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum, cross-functional team.
- Ability to take ownership of significant work through planning, execution, and delivery.
- Passion for Android development and the wider Android community.
