Responsibilities
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases.
- Design comprehensive test plans and document, track, and report bugs.
- Assist software developers with fixing problems, isolating bugs, and verifying solutions.
- Answer customer feedback requests and help troubleshoot customer issues.
- Stay current with testing methodologies and tools.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of QA processes, including test planning, documentation, requirements analysis, test automation, reporting, triage, bug reporting, regression, and isolation.
- Strong academic background and GPA included with the application.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and English communication skills.
- Experience with both black-box and white-box testing.
- Passion for high-quality products.
