Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and upgrade scalable software solutions.
- Develop workflow-based functionality and consume and develop APIs.
- Write, modify, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize software code.
- Create technical and process documentation.
- Manage user access and permissions.
- Perform unit testing, root cause analysis, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Project Managers, and other developers on business-impacting projects.
- Support solution launches and resolve implementation issues to maintain smooth business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Programming, or Information Management.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a software development role.
- Experience working on a variety of software development projects and developing workflow-based solutions.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle processes, software design, and testing.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs.
- Experience with full-stack development and strong software engineering concepts is preferred.
- Knowledge of coding languages including C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, Python, VB Script, Ruby, R, HTML5, XML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of frameworks and systems including AngularJS, React, .NET, and Git.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- General database knowledge, including relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or TIBCO Spotfire is advantageous.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure SQL, Azure Analysis Services, Power Automate, Power Pivot, Power Query, Power View, and SharePoint is preferred.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and work collaboratively.
- Ability to develop unit tests for code components or complete applications.
