Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy GenAI agents that transform digital customer and employee experiences across communication channels.
Develop, optimize, and productionize AI/ML automation solutions for analyzing structured and unstructured network data.
Prototype, fine-tune, and monitor LLMs and AI models using large datasets in cloud environments.
Track AI market trends, propose high-impact opportunities, and lead pilot projects with measurable success metrics.
Deliver end-to-end digitization from rapid MVPs in small teams through group-wide deployments.

At least one year of experience in GenAI and in developing and applying artificial intelligence solutions in business environments.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI, including fine-tuning, prompting, RAG pipelines, and tool integration.
Strong Python skills for model development, data pipelines, data analysis, ML, and work with GenAI libraries.
Experience implementing rapid prototypes, MVPs, or pilot projects and understanding their business value.
Fluency in Lithuanian.
