Base Salary
$148k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive technical design and lead implementation of high-impact user-experience improvements focused on new customer success and adoption
- Own the full project lifecycle from requirements refinement through execution and delivery
- Define strategy for and architect, implement, and interpret end-to-end A/B tests
- Ensure the quality and operational health of delivered features
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and prioritize technical initiatives and shape the product roadmap
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers while improving experimentation, development, and operational practices
- Define architectural approaches and technical strategy while anticipating scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability needs
- Leverage AI agents in engineering work and delivery
Requirements
- Extensive full-stack software engineering experience with the ability to architect, deliver, and maintain high-scale user-facing features and supporting APIs and infrastructure
- Ability to drive technical strategy and improvement using a data-driven approach and measurable business results
- Technical experience using and championing AI-driven software delivery practices
- Ability to mentor engineers and work productively through others to enable project success
- Experience driving A/B testing strategies for products with metric-based goals is a strong plus
- Ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial, customer-focused, strategic environment and bring clarity to ambiguous challenges
