Responsibilities
- Define the private-cloud infrastructure as code.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, deployment, and delivery workflows.
- Design, implement, and improve automated flows in the private-cloud environment.
- Collaborate with Operations Engineers on platform stability, incidents, changes, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute a DevOps perspective to technology selection and solution design with security and regulatory compliance in mind.
- Help consolidate existing and new infrastructure as Vattenfall transitions from traditional hosting to private cloud.
Requirements
- Experience with private cloud or comparable on-premises infrastructure in larger organizations.
- Experience automating configuration and operational processes with Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience building automated delivery workflows such as CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with version control and automation scripting.
- Ability to communicate well in Swedish and English.
- B driving licence.
- Background in IT infrastructure, system administration, or operations is advantageous.
- Experience operating on-premises cloud environments such as OpenStack, Nutanix, SUSE Rancher, or Red Hat OpenShift is advantageous.
- Experience with Git, GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, JFrog Artifactory, or VMware Cloud Foundation is advantageous.
- Knowledge of programming and Git version control is advantageous.
