Base Salary

$72k - $85k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and ideate innovative open-architecture capabilities.
  • Build and modify tools and capabilities using C/C++, Python, and related languages.
  • Contribute to open-architecture standards development.
  • Prototype open-architecture solutions using single-board computers and microcontrollers.
  • Write whitepapers, proposals, and technical papers documenting innovative work.
  • Present open-architecture work and subject-matter expertise to collaborators.
  • Collaborate on debugging, system design, paper reviews, and related technical work.
  • Participate in internal and customer meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Ability to interpret and understand requirements documentation.
  • Strong analytical, inferential, critical-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience with memory-safe languages such as Rust, MBSE tools, open-architecture standards, Docker or other container services, and single-board computers or microcontrollers.
  • Preferred strong written and verbal communication skills, technical orientation, business acumen, independence, and collaboration skills.
