Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for Mid Market customers.
  • Guide customers through onboarding of Cloudflare products and services.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Cloudflare’s Developer Platform.
  • Lead technical deep-dives into Cloudflare Workers and other services.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and other teams to assist with technical escalations.
  • Create and deliver content for technical customer workshops.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance and expertise.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in post-sales customer relationship management.
  • Hands-on experience with web application development using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of internet protocols and security aspects.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and ability to debug code.
  • Experience with serverless technologies and edge architecture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
