Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for Mid Market customers.
- Guide customers through onboarding of Cloudflare products and services.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Cloudflare’s Developer Platform.
- Lead technical deep-dives into Cloudflare Workers and other services.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and other teams to assist with technical escalations.
- Create and deliver content for technical customer workshops.
- Provide proactive technical guidance and expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in post-sales customer relationship management.
- Hands-on experience with web application development using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Deep understanding of internet protocols and security aspects.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and ability to debug code.
- Experience with serverless technologies and edge architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
