Base Salary
$79k - $133k/yr
Responsibilities
- Envision, design, and develop maintainable and reusable web applications and UI modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused features and workflows.
- Rapidly prototype web applications to showcase new concepts.
- Drive REST API design for integrating web applications with back-end services.
- Enforce UI consistency, accessibility, and internationalization standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Support modernization efforts through incremental refactors and tooling.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience designing and delivering web applications.
- Strong collaboration skills and excellent communication.
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with object-oriented JavaScript.
- Experience with JavaScript toolkits and UI frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and cross-browser development.
- Experience with AJAX, JSON, and REST.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, GIS, or related field.
