Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Advise architecture review boards, governance forums, working groups, and Integrated Product Teams.
- Coordinate technical activities with government customers, stakeholders, engineers, and program teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Analyze complex engineering, business, data-processing, application, system, and network challenges and develop mission-aligned solutions.
- Design end-to-end architectures addressing security, performance, scalability, interoperability, maintainability, and integration requirements.
- Define and document current-state and future-state architectures, roadmaps, interfaces, workflows, dependencies, and implementation approaches.
- Perform systems management and integration activities and assess operational impacts and technical constraints.
- Evaluate enterprise systems, commercially available software, cloud services, and technology products and recommend improvements.
- Translate operational and business requirements into technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Provide technical support for integrated and standalone AF DCGS systems, applications, and equipment.
- Identify technical risks and integration challenges, recommend mitigation strategies, and maintain architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- 10+ years of progressive engineering, systems integration, enterprise IT, solutions architecture, or closely related technical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline, or an associate’s degree plus four additional years of relevant enterprise IT experience.
- DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security, GICSP, or an equivalent approved certification.
- Experience developing technical solutions for complex enterprise, cloud, data, application, infrastructure, or network environments.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred experience supporting ISR, intelligence community, DoD, or other mission-critical government environments.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture, hybrid-cloud integration, automation, and secure cloud services.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, systems engineering practices, cybersecurity principles, RMF, system hardening, and secure system integration are desired.
