Responsibilities
- Own the Recommendation service critical for customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global teams to build a world-class recommendation system.
- Mine data to gain insights from customer behavior.
- Develop new machine learning models and features for recommendations.
- Create data jobs to generate machine learning features and run experiments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with large-scale datasets and machine learning models.
- Proven ability to discover patterns and solve problems using data science.
- Self-learner with a record of launching successful features.
- Experience as a tech lead collaborating across teams.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
