Base Salary
$125k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deliver high-quality application code while promoting software engineering best practices.
- Architect data models and pipelines for financial reporting, forecasting, and audit data.
- Partner with Finance and Enterprise AI teams to define data standards and data lineage.
- Build scalable, governed data infrastructure, including warehousing, ETL/ELT, and APIs, to support AI applications.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with SOX and audit trail requirements.
- Collaborate with agentic AI engineers to expose clean, structured data for LLM-based tools.
- Lead substantial project deliverables, present solutions across multiple teams, and reduce project and process complexity.
- Act as a technical expert, influence system and platform diagnosis and monitoring decisions, and provide feedback in cross-business technical reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of software development experience building commercial applications using modern software engineering principles and practices.
- Experience delivering production-level work quickly and efficiently.
- Experience independently leading a large portion of project deliverables.
- Experience reducing the complexity of projects, services, and processes.
- Track record of influencing and providing technical leadership in distributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with AWS and modern cloud and software technologies.
- Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices and the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, architecture and design patterns, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
