Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, monitor, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines and production-ready solutions.
- Translate machine learning prototypes into scalable, reliable, and secure solutions for manufacturing and business environments.
- Apply MLOps and DevOps practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical guidance, contribute to architecture discussions, support code reviews, and coach less experienced team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data engineering, software engineering, data science, or similar technical roles.
- Proven experience deploying machine learning models or intelligent solutions into production environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience or solid understanding of MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, model retraining, and production support concepts.
- Basic knowledge of containerization or orchestration tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Advanced English skills and the ability to communicate technical and business information clearly.
