Base Salary
$80k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered systems end-to-end.
- Own projects from concept through production, including iteration.
- Work directly with business teams to understand workflows and pain points.
- Translate complex processes into clear, scalable systems.
- Define success metrics and evaluate the impact of solutions.
- Design composable solutions that integrate into the broader platform.
- Build with awareness of regulatory constraints and quality standards.
- Share knowledge and tools with other engineers and teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and shipping real products or systems.
- Fluency in Python, including APIs and data handling.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Ability to map business workflows to technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with multi-step AI systems and orchestration frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulated environments is advantageous.
