Base Salary

$98k - $195k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop, test, debug, and enhance software programs in support of project goals.
Lead Oracle TRCS enhancement activities across a senior-level portfolio.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure accurate system performance and financial reporting.
Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and reporting.
Provide technical support to internal clients, investigate issues, and escalate problems as appropriate.
Monitor system usage and troubleshoot production issues across cloud and on-premises environments.
Support problem investigation, development, testing, and deployment activities.

Associate degree in a related field of study.
At least five years of experience with tax software, preferably TRCS, or experience with FCCS, including workflows, business rules, reporting, and Smart View.
Knowledge of EPM software development and a proactive approach to feature enhancements.
Experience implementing and maintaining tax reporting processes, including data collection, tax provision calculations, and compliant reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills, quick learning ability, and experience troubleshooting technical issues.
Preferred qualifications include system usage monitoring, production troubleshooting, and proficiency in support functions such as investigation, development, testing, and deployment.
