Responsibilities
- Build and maintain code supporting the creation of machine learning models.
- Train, deploy, and monitor machine learning models for business needs.
- Conduct ad hoc data analyses.
- Develop an interactive dashboard to calculate the profitability and risk assigned to a finance product.
- Create dashboards and tools that improve data accessibility and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, retail, and corporate banking.
Requirements
- Be a student interested in writing a thesis on the finance-product profitability and risk dashboard topic.
- Have at least 2 years of practical programming experience, such as with Python.
- Know object-oriented programming and Git workflows.
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrate solid data-handling skills.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn is preferred.
- Public projects on GitHub, Azure, or similar platforms are preferred.
- Experience with credit decision models, business models such as churn or propensity models, or clustering techniques is preferred.
