Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions, integrations, extensions, and customizations for internal business functions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, platform configuration, and other Salesforce capabilities.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot, test, and validate development and production issues, documenting solutions and resolving issues with appropriate urgency.
- Compile and analyze test results to identify issues and support resolution.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, understand business needs, and estimate feature and enhancement work.
- Perform administrative and technical functions for key business systems and applications.
- Support optimization and automation of business systems and processes.
- Maintain technical and support documentation for developed solutions and recurring processes.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in .NET software development, software automation, Salesforce development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Visualforce.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, software development fundamentals, and development best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to contribute independently in a fast-paced, collaborative technical environment and prioritize multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate ideas, and influence decisions without direct authority.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to independently learn new technologies, systems, and business processes.
