Base Salary
$230k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their data curation needs and technical requirements.
- Lead end-to-end customer PoCs connecting data curation to model evaluation outcomes.
- Partner with customer ML teams to map data and curation strategies.
- Design and execute evaluation plans for models, selecting appropriate benchmarks and metrics.
- Produce customer-ready evaluation reports detailing methodology, metrics, and recommendations.
- Communicate technical results to both ML experts and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with GTM, Engineering, and Research teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide technical guidance and documentation to help prospects assess the solution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software, ML platform, solutions, or customer engineering roles.
- Strong practical expertise in ML model training across various training phases.
- Demonstrated ability to design and interpret model evaluations for base and post-trained models.
- Strong programming skills in Python or equivalent languages.
- Experience with data processing and distributed systems like Spark or Ray.
- Familiarity with modern ML infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex ML topics for diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
