Responsibilities
- Develop pre-silicon firmware and embedded software that interfaces directly with silicon and hardware components.
- Integrate and develop C tests and APIs and support the software build flow.
- Perform design and code reviews and test and validate product implementations.
- Lead firmware performance and reliability optimization across projects.
- Serve as an SME, manage and mentor the team, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with hardware engineers to integrate software and silicon components.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience is required, including a stated minimum of 7 years in Account Sales Planning.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and the firmware development lifecycle.
- Experience with software build systems and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to conduct detailed design and code reviews and apply embedded software testing and validation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
