Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Set and enforce development and coding standards to improve software quality and efficiency.
- Analyze and optimize software performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make technical decisions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and address technical challenges throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
- Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development and SQL, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Azure SQL.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience establishing and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance and scalability.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing collaborative development environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
