Responsibilities
- Drive successful implementation projects for Pave's compensation software.
- Own end-to-end project management of customer implementations.
- Become a trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor to customers.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication.
- Execute on the technical needs of the customer with integrations and configurations.
Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep knowledge of JSON, HTML, SQL, and API integrations.
- Strong project management skills with meticulous execution.
- Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer needs.
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Comfortable working autonomously and prioritizing tasks.
- Desire to work in a startup environment and adapt to various roles.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
