Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain Java full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring, and related tools.
- Work with front-end technologies including React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Make decisions for the immediate team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate communication and alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases and apply software architecture principles and design patterns.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development is also stated.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is required.
- Expert knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring, and Java/J2EE is required.
- Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD exposure is expected.
- Experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is expected.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases is required.
- Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable maintainable coding practices is required.
- An education level equivalent to 15 years of full-time education is required.
- The candidate should be able to act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with teams, and manage team performance.
