Responsibilities

Design, deploy, optimize, and support Azure cloud infrastructure and architecture.
Develop Terraform modules and pipelines to automate cloud resource provisioning and configuration.
Build, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment automation.
Apply cloud security, networking, resiliency, governance, high availability, and business continuity patterns.
Lead the design process for network connectivity to Azure.
Collaborate with Agile teams, cloud developers, leadership, product, and design to deliver cloud solutions.
Participate in requirements reviews and technical discussions while managing complex technical details and interdependencies.
Learn and apply new cloud technologies and practices to improve platform reliability and delivery efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or another related quantitative discipline.
At least 1 year of experience with a degree, or 2 years without one, supporting cloud initiative strategy, architecture, design, and implementation; the posting also lists a 2-year degree or 4-year non-degree path.
Experience configuring, deploying, and automating Azure cloud environments.
Experience with Terraform, YAML, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
DevOps automation experience, including CI/CD process setup and configuration.
Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools such as ARM, Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, Chef, or Chocolatey.
Understanding of HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP, load balancing, and standard networking components.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, rapid cloud prototyping, and solution piloting.
AWS and GCP experience are preferred.
Willingness to travel throughout the organization and service territory and work extended hours as required.
