Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the full feature lifecycle from design and development through deployment, production support, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development on technical design and problem-solving.
- Analyze complex problems and develop robust, scalable solutions quickly.
- Define, promote, and mentor others on engineering best practices, coding standards, and AI-assisted engineering approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews for engineers at all experience levels.
- Provide structured mentorship to develop engineering talent and improve team performance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development expertise, including required production-level Python development.
- Extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications.
- A proven track record architecting and building high-volume products at scale.
- Hands-on experience with open-source tools and technologies including Python, Git, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
- Ability to mentor engineers and elevate team performance.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
