Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own all stages of feature implementation from design to maintenance.
- Collaborate with Product Management on technical design and problem-solving.
- Quickly analyze complex problems to find robust solutions.
- Define and promote engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Provide comprehensive code reviews for engineers of all experience levels.
- Mentor engineering talent to develop their skills.
Requirements
- 12+ years of proven software development expertise, particularly in Python.
- Extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications.
- Proven track record of architecting and building high-volume products.
- Hands-on experience with open-source tools like Python, Git, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Proven mentorship skills to elevate team performance.
- High work ethic and integrity aligned with Veeva's values.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States.
