Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related automation tools.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, ARM Templates, and Bicep.
- Improve software delivery, deployment automation, and release processes with development teams.
- Promote DevOps, DevSecOps, and platform engineering best practices.
- Support change management and organizational governance requirements.
- Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams on SOC 2, ITGC, HIPAA, and HITRUST controls.
- Improve monitoring, operational readiness, incident response, and root cause analysis practices.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions and drive automation initiatives.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile development practices.
- Hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Terraform, ARM Templates, and Bicep.
- Knowledge of source control and release management practices.
- Experience with ITSM/ITIL processes and Change Request management.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ITGC, HIPAA, and HITRUST compliance and governance frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: Azure, Terraform, or DevOps certifications and experience with DevSecOps, SRE, observability, and cloud modernization initiatives.
