Base Salary
$160k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build multi-tenant services on public cloud platforms like AWS.
- Architect and consume APIs and backend services with a focus on automation, testing, and security.
- Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.
- Mentor junior engineering talent and provide technical guidance.
- Interact with customers and partners for service integration.
- Scale services and address challenges in Space Communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressively responsible software engineering experience.
- Extensive experience with Python, FastAPI, Postgres, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one commercial cloud platform and its services.
- Experience leading the architecture and development of backend services and APIs.
- Ability to own technical problems end-to-end.
- Excellent communication skills and a habit of self-directed learning.
