Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize automation solutions using VBA, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Build workflows that improve operational efficiency, process consistency, data quality, and user experience.
- Automate business processes across SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop reporting, dashboarding, data-processing, and data-validation solutions.
- Integrate systems and applications using APIs, databases, and cloud-based services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes as part of digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing automation solutions with VBA, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, scripting, data processing, and business process optimization.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications, databases, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems.
- Knowledge of SQL, API integrations, ETL processes, and reporting technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, finance, ERP, or business process automation projects is advantageous.
