Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and cases based on system requirements.
- Document, track, and support resolution of software defects.
- Perform manual and automated testing of software performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with systems, software, and integration/test engineers on validation and verification requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, test methodology, and potential issues.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and investigate root causes with development and test teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including SysML-based system models.
- Support cloud environment operations using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm-based deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and 2 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to obtain SCI access within 6 months of hire.
- Active U.S. DoD TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
- Active Security+ CE certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Space Domain Awareness, MBSE, Eggplant, DoD testing requirements, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and DevSecOps methodology is preferred.
- Experience testing Java and C++ application software is preferred.
- Proficiency in Linux, test automation software, and Python programming is preferred.
