Responsibilities

Lead life science customers in the configuration and implementation of Veeva’s Vault Development Cloud.
Manage tasks during the implementation lifecycle, including workshop delivery and requirements gathering.
Collaborate with customers and team members to ensure successful implementations.
Work with project managers to manage communication, risks, and project reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Sales, and other teams.
Ensure customer success throughout the engagement life cycle.

Experience in the Life Sciences space with knowledge of document and data collection.
Exposure to business and IT groups in an implementation or supporting role.
Experience delivering workshop material, training, or requirements-gathering sessions.
Proven track record in leading high-impact system implementations.
Ability to understand requirements and design corresponding solutions.
Fluent in English and Japanese.
