Responsibilities
- Lead life sciences customers through rapid configuration and implementation of Veeva Vault Development Cloud for clinical, regulatory, and quality data and content management.
- Manage implementation tasks across workshops, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, migration, integration, training, and go-live.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams from project inception through adoption, aligning business processes with system design and functionality.
- Work with the project manager on customer and internal stakeholder collaboration throughout the implementation.
- Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience in the life sciences space, including knowledge of document and data collection and storage.
- Exposure to business and IT groups through software implementation, administration, or other support roles.
- Experience delivering or developing workshops, training, or requirements-gathering sessions with business and system stakeholders.
- A proven track record leading high-impact system implementations and managing diverse stakeholders to a high degree of satisfaction.
- Ability to understand requirements quickly, create corresponding solutions, and actively design and implement Veeva Vault solutions.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluent English and Japanese communication skills.
- Nice to have direct experience with Oracle Siebel, goBalto, BioClinica CTMS, Medidata Rave CTMS or Strategic Monitoring, Parexel IMPACT, PhlexEView, WingSpan eTMF, Veeva Vault, NextDocs, Documentum, SharePoint, or other life sciences technologies.
- Nice to have a life sciences, computer science, or related degree.
- Nice to have SaaS or cloud experience, including systems validation knowledge.
- Nice to have services delivery management, systems implementation, or project management experience.
