Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Design, implement, and optimize Transaction Matching rules for high-volume financial transactions, including 1-to-1, 1-to-many, many-to-1, and many-to-many matching.
- Support month-end reconciliations and understand how transactions and balances flow into and affect reconciliations.
- Work with Data Management and Data Exchange to support integrations and data flows.
- Design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and integration techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to maintain system availability.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle practices and scalable software design.
- Experience analyzing complex system requirements and translating them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools.
- Understanding of Transaction Matching and reconciliation methods.
- Understanding of Data Management and Data Exchange.
- Basic accounting knowledge is helpful.
