Responsibilities
- Assign and modify applications in the organization’s portfolio according to business requirements.
- Receive and manage application changes requested by users.
- Work with Project Managers and Business Managers to review specific incident requests.
- Attend issue-status meetings and meet established timelines.
- Modify code to create solutions when requested.
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across multiple projects and geographies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and manage changing priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 1 or 3 years of experience in similar positions, consulting, or freelance work.
- Experience with Java Spring application stacks, MongoDB, C Sharp, Java, and SQL Server databases.
- Ability to work independently, apply judgment, and plan and execute tasks.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies or development tools is valued.
