Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable runtime production environments across cloud-native and containerized systems.
- Own the technical roadmap for the platform vertical, identifying gaps and planning initiatives.
- Provide mentorship to engineers, fostering professional development.
- Identify technical overlap across projects and guide teams for efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with Mission Managers on engineering competency and alignment with mission objectives.
- Work with product teams to provide feedback on product fit and direction.
- Define technical roadmaps with customers that align to mission objectives.
- Advocate for and enforce DevSecOps practices across the platform layer.
- Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines and operational tooling.
Requirements
- US citizenship and eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Expertise in solving highly technical problems across multiple domains.
- Deep knowledge in key technologies such as pipelines, GitOps, Kubernetes, or Go.
- Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes and container-based systems.
- Expert with YAML and proficient in security automation.
- Experience with continuous delivery and distributed architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Experience working in an Agile framework in a remote environment.
