Responsibilities
- Plan and develop new features for the MoneyLion mobile application with a cross-functional team.
- Gather business requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native or native technologies and support Node.js server-side applications.
- Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions.
- Support QA testing and debugging activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and improve code for optimal feature performance.
- Stay current with design patterns and share knowledge with the engineering team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience building mobile applications with React Native or native technologies and Node.js applications on the server side.
- Experience with JavaScript; TypeScript experience is a plus.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Familiarity with software product development lifecycles.
- Functional programming familiarity is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
- BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
