Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and durable technical architecture blueprints.
- Lead integration strategies across WMS, ERP, TMS, automation, and other enterprise platforms.
- Drive solution quality through governance, testing frameworks, technical defect resolution, and system issue management.
- Support system implementations through deployment, hypercare, and continuous optimisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and architecture standards.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders across global logistics operations.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with WMS systems, ideally Blue Yonder, in contract logistics or a 3PL environment.
- Expertise in system architecture, integrations, data models, and technical solution design.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Experience with testing frameworks, performance optimisation, and technical problem-solving.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and solution-oriented skills.
