Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Troubleshoot software issues, analyze system performance, and support critical business applications.
- Monitor applications and perform performance tuning.
- Participate in incident management and resolve complex technical problems with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to support-process improvements, team discussions, knowledge sharing, and solution development.
- Apply generative and agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation concepts to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services and a strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, become a subject-matter expert, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of generative and agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
