Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and resolve incidents affecting critical business systems.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning and continuous system improvement.
- Assist with developing and implementing support processes to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate independently in team discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and subject-matter-expert activities.
- Align generative and agentic AI capabilities with business objectives while supporting scalability, responsible use, and value realization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services is required.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services is required.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning is required.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies is required.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues is required.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is expected.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
