Base Salary
$105k - $154k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and operate AI applications and scalable machine learning solutions.
- Automate machine learning training and deployment workflows.
- Support production AI infrastructure and collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and platform engineers.
- Develop production-grade Python services and work with containerized, cloud-native infrastructure.
- Build or support end-to-end RAG pipelines, including chunking, embedding, retrieval, and reranking.
- Work with LLM serving, orchestration, and vector database technologies as applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong Python programming skills, including FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and production-grade code.
- Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals and familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with Linux environments, Docker, containerized applications, Kubernetes fundamentals, and Git.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vLLM, Ollama, Qdrant, TypeScript, Next.js, Kubeflow, and Kuberay.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an engineering environment.
