Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Design and maintain Workday integrations using enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team and cross-team decisions.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of overall professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Core HCM and Workday Core Integrations is required.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration design patterns and best practices is required.
- Experience with application configuration and customization for complex business requirements is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, with knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques, is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
