Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a seamless consumer healthcare product and marketplace.
- Develop full-stack web applications using the company’s modern technology stack.
- Write product requirements documents and SQL queries to understand feature performance.
- Own QA and contribute to any work needed to deliver a high-quality patient experience.
- Address operational challenges including EHR integrations and revenue cycle management.
- Collaborate closely with design, operations, and clinical stakeholders while balancing engineering velocity and quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building web applications as a full-stack engineer.
- Experience with modern infrastructure tooling and programming languages.
- Proficiency with a modern technology stack; the current stack includes AWS, Ruby on Rails, and NextJS.
- Comfort working as a generalist in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Interest in navigating the complexities of the American healthcare system; healthcare experience is not required.
